WHO WE ARE
Aria Alavi is the President of A.N.A Property Management, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. With over 10 years of progressive experience in the industry, Aria leads the firm’s residential management, strategic planning, and business development efforts.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Journalism from Concordia University. Before founding A.N.A, he owned Edict Legal Services Professional Inc., representing clients before the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board, and Ontario Land Tribunal.
Aria’s expertise spans startup operations, legal analysis, and corporate governance. He has managed major property projects and implemented best practices across the condominium and commercial sectors. Today, he oversees the operations of the firm while directly managing a diverse portfolio of properties.

Ali Alavi is the Vice President of Business Development, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, forge key partnerships, and expand market presence. With over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate strategy and real estate industry, he has a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-value deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
Before joining the A.N.A Property Management, he was a successful realtor in Toronto area and he brings deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions of real estate transactions.
Outside work, Ali enjoys hiking and cycling activities and watch movies frequently.
